India's leading pace bowler Jhulan Goswami has an average bowling speed between 115 km/h to 121 km/h. She can bowl up to 125 km/h. She has more than 300+ wickets in her entire carrier(2002-21)

5. Jahanara Alam (Bangladesh)

Jahnara Alam debut in 2011 against Ireland. She bowled with some raw pace and great length. 28 years of rising Bangladeshi pace bowler is a real motivation for the young bowler.

Her bowling pace is around 65 to 70 miles per hour (105/110 km/h). She took total 57 wickets in Women's ODI & T20I.

6. Shikha Pandey (India)

7. Marizanne Kapp (South Africa)

M Kapp is the South African women all-rounder. she played 114 women's ODI and took 128 wickets. Her bowling speed average is 95 to 105 km/h. She is playing cricket for 11 years for proteas.

8. Isha Guha (England)

Isha Guha was a right-arm medium-fast bowler and her average bowing speed was 75 miles per hour. She played for England from 2001 to 2011. She took 148 wickets in her 113 international games (including Test, ODI & T20I). Now she is well known as a woman commentator. 

9. Cathryn Fitzpatrick (Australia)

Cathryn started her international carrier in 1991. Then she played 13 W-Test matches and 109 Women ODI matches. She took a total of 240 wickets. She was well known for her quick pace bowling.

Her average bowling speed was 115 to 120 km/h. Her highest bowling speed was 125 kilometers per hour.

10. Clare Taylor (England)

Clare Taylor was played for British women's cricket from 1988 to 2005. She used to bowl medium-fast and she took 141 wickets in test ODI and T20I. Her average bowling speed was 95 to 110 km/h. Also, she could bowl up to 115 km/h.
